FRANCE – 70CL

Distilled twice in small Charente pot based on Fatty distillation method. Aged min 12 years in new oak barrels before finishing in very old Cognac’s oak barrels.

Terroir: Petite Champagne – Grape variety: 100% Ugni blanc

Rich and complex notes : sherry, watermelon, orange peal, cinnamon and all spices. Very smooth first taste with notes of nutmeg, sugar plums. Long and dry finish with scents of spiced cocoa and leather.
