Dry white wine distilled twice in a Charente pot based on traditional methods. The blend includes exclusively organic eaux-de-vie aged from 10 to 12 years in oak barrels.

Generous aroma offers up scents of fig, cinnamon and vanilla. Second pass finds raisins, cedar and dried flowers. The bouquet follows through to an elegant profile of dried fig, hints of nougat, sweet spices. through to the clean, drying aftertaste. Divine and well balanced cognac.
