Gold colour. Aromas reveal scents of ripe apricot, dried fig, cedar-wood & vanilla. Very fresh and clean. Soft palate offering semi sweet flavours of stewed apricot, vanilla, spice. Pure, smooth, gently warming spirit. Finishes dry with a long, subtle cedary oak, dried fig.
