Dry white wine from organic Ugni Blanc grapes distilled twice in a Charente pot based with fatty distillation method. Blend of exclusively organic eaux-de-vie aged 7 years in French oak 400 liters barrels.

Terroir: : Fins Bois, petite Champagne and Bons bois – Grape variety: Ugni blanc and Folle blanche grapes

Aroma of ripe grapes, plums, apricots and new leather scents. Refined, light, mellow and round on the palate with the fruitiness turning into keen spiciness, complex scents of  cinnamon, clove and vanilla bean.
