Dry white wine distilled twice in a Charente pot based on traditional methods. The blend includes exclusively organic eaux-de-vie aged from 3 to 5 years in oak barrels

Tasting notes: Pale gold. Fresh aromas of dried flowers, ripe pear, ripe apricot, orange zest. A very soft palate delivering fresh flavours of ripe stone fruits, dried figs, honey, cloves and cinnamon. Long, aftertaste of dried fruits, cedar wood and cinnamon.
